Description

  • Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
  • Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
  • Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
  • Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
  • Build quarterly and annual training program.
  • Track employee’s training success and progress.
  • Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD is an advantage.
  • A minimum of Five (5) years experience in training and development management.
  • Thorough understanding of training processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Proximity to Ajah is advised.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

  • Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
