Description
- Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through job analysis, career paths and consultation with managers.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that address specific business needs.
- Develop training manuals that target tangible results.
- Implement effective and purposeful training methods.
- Build quarterly and annual training program.
- Track employee’s training success and progress.
- Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Professional certifications such as CIPM, CIPD is an advantage.
- A minimum of Five (5) years experience in training and development management.
- Thorough understanding of training processes.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proximity to Ajah is advised.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month

- Lekki: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
